Kitting Services:
Needs something kitted with items you can send us?  Email your request with list of items and special needs for a quote.
Substitutions:
Food items may be substituted to ensure gift availability. Items will be of equal or greater value.
Production Time:
Allow 5-12 business days (depending on item) from proof approval. Production time could be longer for large orders or during peak season. Rush options available.
Rush Orders:
Need it Now?  Email in-hand date for rush options.
Chocolate & Fruit Gifts:
To ensure the quality of all gifts, chocolate and fruit items cannot be shipped during the warmer season. Ice pack options are available in certain situations for additional fee and expedited shipping. Gifts with chocolate will be substituted with item for equal or greater value.
Cancellations and Charges:
No cancellations will be accepted upon receipt of Purchase Order. Goods are ordered upon receiving the Purchase Order to insure your in-hand date. Any changes requested after artwork has been prepared for production will incur additional fees and screen charges.
Shipping and Handling Fees:
Prices do not include shipping or handling fees. A third party shipper number can be used, but handling fees still apply. Drop ship fees range from $2.90 - $11.90 per box depending on item (s) going to an address. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Stuff A Mug is not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by insufficient addresses or issues with shipping carrier. Re-shipping will incur additional fees. Individual drop ship address list must be formatted to UPS Excel template.
